The Team
Paul A. Gomez is a Senior Associate for Government Affairs and Advocacy at D&P Creative Strategies and represents our clients’ interests on Capitol Hill. Paul assists in development of legislative strategies for clients and works with third party organizations on policy issues on behalf of our clients. His extensive knowledge of the legislative and policy development process was cultivated during his tenure as a Congressional staffer to both Hilda L. Solis (D-CA) and Ciro D. Rodriguez (D-TX). Paul’s portfolio included legislative work on science, technology, welfare, education, immigration and appropriations, among others. He also served as Representative Rodriguez’s liaison to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, where he was successful in integrating veteran’s issues into the caucus’ platform and initiatives.

Lena Hernandez joined D&P as an associate in 2006 and manages client event logistics. Lena is responsible for overseeing our interactions with vendors, event venues and travel organizations involved in our work with, and on behalf of, clients. Lena has coordinated the scheduling and logistics for client events and PSA production. She is responsible for information dissemination to Capitol Hill and third party organizations. Prior to joining our team, Lena was a Manager at Results Gym in Washington, where she oversaw a staff of 50 and led recruitment and retention initiatives to ensure a high quality workforce. Lena also participated in campaigns to promote club membership and maximize customer service.

Nancy has created eye-catching pieces for a broad array of clients, including AT&T, The Washington Post, George Washington University, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, League of United Latin American Citizens, as well as D&P Creative Strategies.

Regina Tosca is principal and owner of the Tosca Group, which provides writing, editing and project development services to clients in the public and private sectors. Regina's clients have included the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, Florida International University, MDB Communications, the National Association of Community Health Centers, as well as D&P Creative Strategies. Regina has extensive experience in the creation of written products to support public policy, advocacy and public education initiatives. She has produced ad copy and promotional materials for client advertising and marketing campaigns. Her publications work includes magazines, as well as print and online newsletters, and she has developed original content for several web sites in conjunction with client branding efforts.
